Press & Media
Why do people who perform exceptionally well in the world often struggle most in their inner lives and relationships? That's the question at the center of my work.
I'm a California-licensed psychotherapist and former management consultant to Fortune 500 companies. I work with founders, executives, and high-performing couples navigating the emotional realities of demanding careers — from burnout and identity shifts to the strain success can place on relationships. I also advise mental-health companies, including on the human implications of AI. My work explores what I call emotional wealth: the inner clarity, resilience, and relational grounding that allow success to remain sustainable and value-aligned over time.
If you're a journalist, editor, or producer looking for perspective on high-performance lives, modern relationships under pressure, or the mental-health implications of technological change, feel free to reach out at connect@myceliatherapy.com.
